Since the frustrating fact of the leaking concrete floor & the burst in the sauna windows the building company Authentiek Bouw, Arnald van der Kolk used every possible opportunity to accuse others for making mistakes!

Arnald took side and his former friendliness and loyalty to his client vanished over night. He simply denied to do the after-service of simple defects and missing details made by his workers for more than a year.

Only after consulting two experts he gave in to take responsibility and excecute the necessary reparations. A very frustrating and stressful experience after a long intensive and expensive building project.
